01How it is done
On crawl space homes, girders are jacked up gradually and set on new supports. On slabs, piers are installed and the slab is lifted. Crews raise slowly to protect plaster, drywall and plumbing.
02Realistic results
Old houses rarely go back to perfectly level. The goal is to stop movement, relieve stress and get doors and windows working. Some patching afterward is normal.

03Raised homes

Many leveling jobs here start as pier and beam repair on older houses.
